This system features a side-mounted motor with an infrared sensor, enabling convenient remote-controlled operation. While it lacks advanced security features, it offers speed adjustment for gate opening and closing. The gate can be manually opened with an Allen key during power outages. Equipped with a battery providing up to 72 hours of backup, it ensures reliability. Designed to last up to 10 years, the Model 712 requires regular cleaning and self-inspection.
